The 2024 City of London Gresham Club AGM will be held on Thursday 27th June 2024, Please arrive at 11:00 am for an 11:30 start. The meeting will be held at:

The AGM will be followed at 1:00 pm by the June Club Table at the CUC.

Tickets will be available through the usual channels.

1. To receive the Chairman’s verbal report

2. To approve the minutes of the 2023 AGM

3. To receive the Secretary’s verbal report

4. To receive the Treasurer’s verbal report and to adopt the Report of the Directors
   and Statutory Financial Statements for the period ended 31st December 2023

5. To approve Emma Hogg to the Board of Directors

6. Any Other Business
