About the event
The Gresham Club is delighted to host the February Club Table at the famous Bleeding Heart Restaurant, just a couple of minutes walk from Farringdon station. Enjoy a delicious three-course meal with wine in the Victorian room, positioned downstairs at The Bleeding Heart - Bistro.
Starter
- Game Terrine. apricots & pickled walnut salad
- Confit Loch Duart salmon. preserved lemon & fennel jelly
- Rainbow Salad of beetroot and Autumn squash (V)
Main Course
- Pinot Noir-braised Ox Cheek. bonemarrow pomme puree, sauce Bordelaise, mustard glazed Brussel sprouts, parsley oil
- Line-caught Brixham seabass. fennel fondant, saffron cream
- Charred corn, heirloom carrot Risotto, crispy sprouts, parsley pesto (V)
