Gresham Club Table at the CUC

The Gresham Club is delighted to host the June Club Table at the City University Club, to follow the AGM, featuring a three-course meal with wine. 

Starter

• Smoked Chicken, Pancetta and Semi Dried Tomato Salad, Pickled Shallots, Grain Mustard-Coriander Dressing

• Stilton and Red Onion Marmalade Tart, Rocket Salad dressed with Reduced Balsamic

Main Course

• Braised and Rolled Shoulder of Lamb, Lyonnaise New Potatoes, Sauté Cabbage, Peas , Light  Veal Jus

• Pan Fried Sea Bass Nicoise, Tapenade Croutons, Pesto Dressing

• Vegetarian dish of the day.

Dessert

• “CUC” Fine Plum Tart with Vanilla Ice Cream

• Pimm's Eton Mess
